I’m Dr. Kristen Fincham, pharmacist turned gut health coach.
I have a Doctorate in Pharmacology, a Master’s in Health Care Decision Analysis, a Bachelor’s in Food Science, and board certification in geriatric pharmacy.
My background means I do not look at gut issues through one narrow lens.
I understand the medication side.
I understand the food side.
I understand how modern habits, stress, processed ingredients, inflammation, lifestyle, and digestive dysfunction can all build on each other.
I also know what this feels like personally.
I used to have such bad urgency that if I did not make it to a bathroom within minutes, I wasn’t making it. I had testing. I saw doctors. I was handed prescriptions. Nothing actually fixed the problem.
